Ready to learn how to sew? This hands-on beginner sewing class is designed for absolute beginners who want to feel comfortable and confident using a sewing machine.
We’ll walk through the fundamentals together, including sewing machine basics, threading, essential tools and supplies, practicing stitches, and the foundational skills you need to begin sewing on your own. No previous sewing experience is required—questions are encouraged, and we’ll learn together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Whether you’ve never touched a sewing machine or have one sitting at home that you’re not quite sure how to use, this class is the perfect place to start.

General Admission
This hands-on class is designed for absolute beginners—no previous sewing experience required! Your ticket includes two hours of guided instruction, use of shared classroom tools and supplies, and hands-on practice with the fundamentals of sewing. Bringing your own machine? Please arrive with your sewing machine in good working condition, including its power cord, foot pedal, bobbin, and standard presser foot. A limited number of loaner machines are available and must be reserved in advance.
